Asalaam Alaikum (Peace be with you),
I apologize for such a long delay on updating this blog. My new job has been amazing, albeit time-consuming; between that and Ramadan, a month has slipped through my fingers. It is now the holy Islamic month of Shawwal and I'm fasting again. According to hadith and this excellent opinion by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani, the mu'min (believer) who fasts for the whole month of Ramadan and for six days during the month of Shawwal, will recieve the reward of fasting an entire year. That is just something I cannot pass up ...
